The Thai restaurant on Glenmore Street may be in need of a lick or two of paint but it exudes character.
I used drypoint engraving for some of the linework and carborundum gel for the tones. I'm on the early part of the learning curve with this technique and so I had quite a bit of additional painting to do before printing. I'm pretty chuffed with the result, mainly due to the textures contributed by the grittiness of the carborundum.
This print is now available in my shop.
